We are not monitoring just network connectivity, disk space and running services, but all your hardware components available for monitoring (CPU, memory, network, disk space management, system temperature, etc.), application parameters, windows and application logs, denied traffic, unusual workstation behavior, etc. Based on these activities we are focusing on proactive support.

Server and network management

IT End-User support (remote and screen-sharing support related to operating system, applications, equipment usage, etc.) and IT user equipment management (inventory, Regular cleaning of temporary folders and files, event log management, patch management, antivirus management, OS and application management, backup management – even for IT workstations!, peripherals software management, etc.). Also, we are supporting various bring-your-own-devices policies like tablets, laptops, mobile phones, etc. Remote office solutions for all employees are also available and support for them as well.

System protection

At first stage, we are providing anti-virus, anti-malware and perimeter protection cloud-based solutions for protecting your system. We are checking your system configuration in order to configure as much as possible security parameters. At the end, we are patching your system on regular basis in order to avoid various vulnerabilities as well.

Disaster recovery

At first stage, we are providing backup cloud-based solution even on-premise or on cloud (or both) as minimal standard in case of disaster recovery scenario. If needed, cloud-based disaster recovery sites are availale, so you can keep high availability of your IT system and daily operations.
